We had a great stay in Venice near Teatro de la Fenice and restaurants. Stayed in bright and clean room with a glass of wine in hand watching the gondola's glide pass and wine plus balconies.

The apartment was absolutely amazing - it was mind-blowingly huge with jaw-dropping balconies overlooking a picturesque canal filled with gondolas. The old building had ornate high ceilings and quirky decorations, and the hidden kitchen in the large wooden cupboards was a super cool feature. The location was central and within a short walk to all the main attractions. The staff, especially Alexandra, were incredibly helpful and informative. The coffee shop right by the front door was a great bonus. Would definitely book again if in the city!

I had a WONDERFUL stay, with location in the center of Venice. Favourable and excellent setting just next door to Teatro A la Fenice, the probably closest vaporetto stops, the centre. Helpful staff and plenty of activities. Huge room, comfy bed, central heating, a private safe and flat-screen television. I loved views over canal.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment with balconies overlooking the canal. It felt like being a part of Venice, with gondolas and bridges passing by. the apartment was spacious, well-kept, and had an artsy atmosphere. the kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals. the location was central, within a short walk to vaporetto stops, restaurants, and bars. The staff at the reception were friendly and attentive. Cons: Hard to think of anything 🤷‍♀️.

Nothing could have been better.

We had a pleasant stay in the apartment with two bedrooms and a balcony. The balcony overlooking the canal gave us a true Venice experience, with gondolas and bridges passing by. The apartment was well-maintained and had a spacious layout, allowing us to relax in its artsy atmosphere. The central location was also a plus, with vaporetto stops and restaurants nearby.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The early morning noise from deliveries nearby was quite disruptive.

Great location in the heart of San Marco, spacious and well-appointed apartment. Comfortable beds with fans provided, making sleeping easier during muggy nights. Staff offers excellent assistance with travel arrangements and restaurant recommendations.

The value for money at Ad Lofts was excellent, with spacious and beautifully decorated apartments. The location was perfect, just a short walk to San Marco and Rialto, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast menu could be improved with more comfortable seating options in the lounge area.

The colourful apartments with free air conditioning were a welcome respite from the Venetian heat. It felt like stepping into a cool oasis after a day of exploring the city's charming alleys and squares.

ad lofts exceeded my expectations in every way. the location was perfect, close to all the major sites but still on a quiet street. the facilities were modern and the decor was fun. the staff was incredibly helpful and responsive, even when we had a small issue with our water transfer. highly recommended.
